THE FAIRYLAND CASTLE BURG -ELTZ GERMANY I happened to visit this majestic structure last year. Indeed! a fairy land Castle, of the medieval times . Located in Wierschem,Germany. It has a Romanesque architectural style. Build along the route that linked the Moselle river - historically important trade route in the German Empire. It is owned by a branch of the same family that lived in the 12th century, almost 33 generations ago. It has 100 rooms and today almost 800 families live there. It is built on a rock that housed many noble families, and now owned by the community of heirs. The castle is open for the public, and reaching there isn't difficult. A bus, train or cab can get you there from Cologne or Frankfurt. The travel takes around 2 hours.once you are there, Get ready to visit the marvellous view.
