MEDITATION A WAY TO HEALTHY LIVING





 Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique, such as focusing their mind on a particular object, thought, or activity, to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state. The best time to meditate is in the morning, when you can take advantage of the natural quietness of the day and the sense of renewal that comes with the start of a new day. 3. Once you have established a consistent breath, start to observe the thoughts in your mind without judgment. Simply acknowledge any thought that comes up and let it pass by like a cloud in the sky. 


4. If your mind starts to wander, gently return it back to your breath and the present moment. This can help to train the mind to stay focused and in the present moment. 


5. Continue meditating for as long as you want. When you are ready to finish, take a few deep breaths and open your eyes.
