A beautiful evening sunset,

A sight so pure and bright,

The sky ablaze with colors,

A canvas of oranges and reds, so right.


The sun sets in the west,

A ball of fire, so bold and grand,

A sight to soothe the soul,

A view that's beyond our command.


The clouds turn pink and purple,

A reflection of the sun's warm glow,

A reminder of life's beauty,

And a reason to watch the world below.


The birds return to their nests,

As the day comes to an end,

And the world is filled with peace,

A moment for us to befriend.


So let us cherish this moment,

This beautiful evening sunset,

For it's a gift from above,

And a memory we won't forget.

  MAHASHIVARATRI Mahashivratri is  one of the significant festivals of the Hindus. It is celebrated annually in India and Nepal, in honour of Lord Shiva.
